Panera Bread has now welcomed their newest sweet and spicy soup, Mexican Street Corn Chowder, to the menu for a short time.
This limited edition chowder is made from a seasoned cream broth that is packed with sweet corn, chopped russet potatoes and pieces of fire-roasted poblano peppers.
Sprinkled with crunchy Blue Corn Tortilla Strips, Panera Bread’s Mexican Street Corn Chowder is also flavored with cilantro and lime juice.
